Reunions & Events

This module takes the hassle out of event management, enabling administrators to easily create and manage reunions and special events, all within the confines of your online community. Events are automatically posted to your community calendar, and invitations can be sent to all members with the click of a button. Administrators can invite specific groups or create open invitations depending on the nature of the event. Community members can RSVP, view those attending, access relevant photo boards and pay online using our banking gateway or alternative banking gateways.

Photo Boards

Photos are an extremely popular feature of Potentiality’s Online Communities. Uploading and organising your photos is made easy with simple drag and drop functionality. Administrators can use their mouse to shift individual photos, merge boards and change the order of display. Photo boards are highlighted for alumni years and can easily be associated with specific reunions and events. Members are also able to upload photos, with notification sent to administrators to approve and publish.

User Profiles & Social Networking

Potentiality’s Online Communities maintain a secure environment which is only accessible by your confirmed members. Potentiality’s streamlined registration allows members to quickly enter their contact information as well as other important information such as social networking integration, security questions for easy password retrieval, and their interests, based on your organisation's requirements. Publicly listed information can be tailored to your community needs with member profiles listed in a user friendly display. Users can search for and contact long lost peers, as well as upload their profile picture, bio, professional information and social networking accounts.

Tipping

With free competitions for the English Premier League, special events such as the FIFA World Cup, Australia's 4 domestic football leagues (AFL, NRL, Super 14s, and A-League), and the English Guinness Premiership Rugby competition, Potentiality’s Tipping is a great way to keep your online members active and engaged. These modules not only look great but require minimal administration by you! Automated emails go out to registered tippers twice a week, providing your members with a brief update on the week’s results and friendly reminders to get their tips in before the cut off time. Each tipping page has a Your Stats section, displaying each community member’s individual results and many community specific comps/features including a Top 10 Ladder, Last Round Best, and Knockout Competition, as well as year level leader boards and personal leader boards.



The majority of Potentiality clients also participate in the Interschool Tipping Competition, which runs in conjunction with community tipping. This additional competition develops a friendly rivalry between communities with the added bonus of a major prize, sourced by Potentiality.

Business Directory

The Business Directory module is a great resource for community members to gain professional exposure. The rotating cards offer a dynamic addition to your main page, and require no extra work from you, as information automatically feeds in from your community members’ entries. This is a valued feature for communities who are interested in promoting a more professional/networking angle.

Online Donations

A separate donations page can be linked to your payment gateway to aid fundraising for specific philanthropic causes for your community.

eNewsletters

Provide your members with professional and polished correspondence at regular intervals. With a user friendly content management system, the eNewsletter facility is a great way to inform members of current events, feature pieces and community news.

SMS

This facility offers an alternative, youth friendly medium to contact community members. With messages created within your Potentiality community site, this method of communication is ideal for the active community member.
