Administrator Training Workshops
Potentiality hosts annual training workshops in various locations around Australia, and the UK. Sessions are predominantly hands-on, and include question time to ensure administrators receive the best possible support. We encourage all clients to attend these free events as it is a great opportunity for our clients to catch up, workshop marketing techniques and offer valuable feedback regarding the application. Potentiality is now providing additional support through a new wiki page. A wiki is a collection of information pages similar to an encyclopaedia - the most commonly known wiki is wikipedia.org.The Potentiality wiki will provide sophisticated support documentation for administrators, by addressing common questions and answers, and providing detailed guidance to ensure we are able to provide online support in as soon as possible. The wiki will also provide easily accessible instructions for you, and others to refer to at a later date.
Additionally, as the Potentiality wiki is easily editable, it will enable us to provide up-to-date documentation as many of our features continue to evolve. The wiki will also allow you to enter suggestions for anyone else who has a similar question in the future.
