Potentiality provides phone support and online demonstrations for new clients to ensure administrators are comfortable and confident when launching their online community.

Online manuals are available to all administrators, providing easy step-by-step instructions for all modules and site features.

New administrators will also receive our New Administrator Package, which includes all the basics and handy marketing tips to recruit members and keep sites active.

Administrator Training Workshops

Potentiality hosts annual training workshops in various locations around Australia, and the UK. Sessions are predominantly hands-on, and include question time to ensure administrators receive the best possible support. We encourage all clients to attend these free events as it is a great opportunity for our clients to catch up, workshop marketing techniques and offer valuable feedback regarding the application. Potentiality Wiki New

Potentiality is now providing additional support through a new wiki page. A wiki is a collection of information pages similar to an encyclopedia - the most commonly known wiki is wikipedia.org.

By introducing a wiki, Potentility will provide a higher level of documentation for administrators, by addressing common questions and answers, and providing detailed guidance to ensure we are able to provide online support in a timely manner. The wiki will also provide easily accessible instructions for you, and others to refer to at a later date.

Additionally, as the wiki is easiliy editable, the Potentiality wiki will enable us to provide up-to-date documentation as many of Potentiality's features continue to evolve. The wiki will also allow you to easily enter suggestions for anyone else who comes across the same wiki article in the future.

Potentiality Administrator Portal Coming Soon

We are currently developing an Administrator Portal. This feature will enable administrators to login and gain access to marketing material and share ideas with other administrators using Potentiality. It will also become a central hub for our news, latest developments, fixes and help information.
